Ukrainian equity market has its own history. It is regulated basically by the Law “About securities and stock market” N 3480-IV dated 23-02-2006 and Securities and Stock Market State Commission. Securities are: shares, bonds (corporate, local and state of Ukraine authorities), treasury bonds, investment and deposit certificates, and bills.

So that to make operations with securities the licensed securities trader (broker) must be involved.

«Broker activity – formation of civil contracts by securities trader (particularly commission contracts) regarding securities on its own behalf sui juris (alia juris), by order and for the account of another person“.

“Income” is licensed broker on Ukrainian fund market that can work with securities on organized and not-organized markets.

“Income” offer the following services (by order of corporate or private clients):
•    securities buy and sell;
•    securities buy from private and corporate persons creating necessary holding of shares;
•    securities buy on stock exchange market;
•    purchase holding of shares placed by The Fund of State Property of Ukraine and municipal property funds.

•    analysis of market information and current rates;
•    consultancy regarding issuers, business situation in different business spheres and state economy situation in general.

“Income” presents all necessary information for reasonable and responsible decisions regarding object of investment and may conduct full scale of broker services for its clients.
